Game Availability System

As most of you are aware, I’m the first team manager this season, and with the job title comes the responsibility of finding out everyone’s availability.
To try and make this job as easy as possible for myself and craig, and also to ensure that its really easy for you to tell us what games you can / cant make, Ive wrote a small website to allow you to update your availability as and when you want.

Once you login you will be presented with a screen that shows your availability for the 12 CEKL games we have this season. At the moment they will all be blue, meaning “no answer given / unsure whether can make it”. To change your availability for any of the games, simply click on the coloured square on the left hand side, and hey presto it will cycle through to green, then red, then back to blue again. Thats all there is to it, nice and easy, nice and simple.
Theres a few extra things I put on there which youll see from the top menu. Everyones availability allows you to see everyones availability (clever name hey), text messaging is disabled, but will eventually tie into a text messaging system where you can text message (for free) all the members in one go, and then theres “admin” that allows you to change your password to something youll more easily remember (so I suggest you change it now). Logout does what it says on the tin.
Hope it helps guys, its in a beta version at the moment, and will work as long as you use it. Ill only bug you to do it at training anyway.
Ill eventually tie it into MRL games, 2nd team games, and other bits and bobs. But using this as a test bed first.
