The West Midlands are running a referring level 1 course on 1st March from 13:30-16:30 at the University of Birmingham.
The course covers the theory behind the rules of korfball, and is great for beginners and advanced players alike. With the goal of increasing numbers of refs for the local leagues this is a great place to start, and there is no pressure to ref after, but fingers crossed you will be up for it and much more confident.
If 6 people from the club attend the course fees will be covered by the WMKA. Otherwise it will be a maximum of £10 depending on numbers.
